It's Almost Her 1st Birthday!!!!

Isla's 1st birthday is in a week from tomorrow!!! I can hardly believe how fast this year has flown by. We went up the American Fork canyon to take some pictures today. Her birthday theme this year is Winter One-derland, so I wanted to get some good snowy pictures. Since she is our first baby and this is her first birthday, we are going to celebrate for an entire week (of course!!!). There will be many more photo shoots this week for sure! We can't get over her cuteness!

Isla's First Christmas

Isla Rose - 10 Months

Little Miss Isla turned 10 months old yesterday. She is seriously the best baby ever!

Month 10 Happenings...

Isla now has 3, almost 4 teeth. I have decided that teething is the worst! 

She is cruising around the furniture like a pro now. Sometimes she even gets a little brave and lets go. 

She is OBSESSED with her Daddy. When we call him while he is at work, she can see his picture on my phone and repeatedly gives it kisses. When he is home, she climbs all over him and kisses his cheek. She spends a good part of everyday crawling around the house going "Dadadadada". 

She has just this week learned her second word. She yells "Hi" while waving. It's the cutest! (Sadly though, still no "Mama")

She has started biting when she is frustrated. We are trying to figure out how to break that habit. 

She LOVES other children. She smiles at any kids we see while we are out, and follows her older cousins around like a little puppy. 

She also loves attention (as long as no one touches her). When we go places, she will stare at people until they notice her, then she gets a huge smile and acts shy. She is quite the little flirt.
